This restaurant doesn't take reservations. Dinner starts at 5pm, and it's packed at 5:05pm. The interior looks the same as when we visited 15 some years ago. Ordered a sushi boa. It comes with soup, salad, rice, sashimi, various types of sushi, teriyaki salmon,, assorted tempura, , and desert/ice cream. Also ordered fried chicken, and shisita tempura. Food tastes delicious. Portion of food is generous, and the price is very reasonable. No wonder it's a full house 5 minutes after open.

This sushi spot is truly a favorite of mine. I love their signature Ponzu sauce and always look forward to it. We usually order a mix of rolls and sashimi, and everything is consistently delicious. The team here is friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit even better.

The food is great. Sushi is great, and the drinks were awesome. Customers can order a big bottle of sake and keep it for next time. Servers are very friendly. We have to wait outside for half an hour to get in. But it shows how popular this restaurant is. The only bad thing is that the table next party is too close, but I understand.

We’ve been eating here since we’ve moved to Chino Hills over 20 years ago, though we’ve been doing the takeouts for the past few years due to the claustrophobic seating area (though it does remind me of typical small mom and pop places in Japan). Today we went for a late lunch and it wasn’t crowded at all so we decided to dine in. The quality and the quality of its food remain decent, but the prices have skyrocketed over the past year or so. While the other items were fine, but the crunch roll didn’t taste as good as before. It was on the soggy side, not so much of a “crunch”.

Been a fan of Ojiya since they opened years back and now that I live outside of Chino Hills, it’s become a go to place whenever I visit. Wonderful food, nicest servers, great atmosphere, all around would recommend.

So happy to have stumbled upon this little gem. My boyfriend and I came in for a late dinner at about 8pm, and we were lucky enough to be able to sit at the last two seats available at the sushi bar. Fresh, high quality fish delivered daily, thick cuts, and generous portions....it’s definitely on my list of favorite sushi restaurants across the U.S.

The food is delicious, and the place is clean, with a good environment. The curry and rice are delicious, and you can order set meals, which are also delicious. The main downside is that the space is small and there are many tables. If there are many people, it will be noisy inside. I would suggest not going there. afternoon, because there are a lot of people and you need to queue, but the queue is only about 20 minutes. I suggest coming in the afternoon. Then, this dish comes out very quickly and the waiters are very good. The main point is that the space is very small and it is very noisy, but everything else is very good. I can give it five stars and you can come and try it.
